Where Faith Meets Movement: Our Story
Faith Through Fitness began as a vision from Wayne, who believed that physical strength and spiritual growth go hand in hand. What started as casual workouts with friends quickly evolved into a movement rooted in community, encouragement, and purpose. Wayne saw fitness as more than just exercise—it was a way to build discipline, resilience, and faith. His idea sparked the creation of our nonprofit, which now helps people connect with God and each other through health, wellness, and service. Today, we carry that mission forward, one step, one rep, and one prayer at a time.

Romans 5:3-4
Wayne is the heart behind Faith Through Fitness—a lifelong athlete whose passion for faith and movement inspired this mission. With a background in competitive baseball and years of experience as a certified personal trainer, Wayne understands the power of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. But it’s his deep-rooted faith in God that fuels everything he does. Wayne believes that physical training has value, but training in godliness transforms lives. His goal is to help others grow stronger in both body and spirit, one workout and one prayer at a time.

2 Timothy 1:7
With a strong background in sports, service, and community involvement, joining Faith Through Fitness felt like a natural step for Nick. As an active duty member of the U.S. Air Force, he has seen firsthand how physical wellness shapes not only the body, but also the mindset and mission. For Nick, a strong life, and even a strong day, starts with fitness. Equally important is beginning each day grounded in faith, which, together with fitness, forms the foundation for living with purpose, discipline, and resilience.
